Getting Your Baby on a Sleeping Schedule
We all want our baby could come out of the hospital and go to sleep automatically the same schedule as us, but unfortunately we do not get so lucky. Instead, our baby will probably sleep during the day, at night, and a nap at 1 in the afternoon. If you're going through this situation now, you're not alone! It is work hard and get through the day with a baby who is on the opposite schedule as us, so therefore it is important to get them on the right schedule!Listed below are some ways that you do!
• Let your baby know the difference between day and night. You can do this by taking more active and played with them during the day. During the night we are more calm, relaxed and we let them know that if it's dark time for bed.
• Try to wear your baby before you go to bed to go. Playing with them, feed them and they relaxed before they are put to bed. They have not so muchEnergy when they are that little, if you smoke, it is very likely to fall asleep easier.
• Try to give them a warm bath before you bring them to bed. This will help them relax and the warm water feel good. If we warm it is easier to fall asleep.
• Slowly they work lead to falling asleep at night and wake up in the morning. It is obvious that they will be napping during the day (they are babies), but the most important thing to do is to associate the day with hisawake, play and eat during the night, you will connect it to sleep.
Getting your baby to do on a sleeping schedule may not be the easiest thing, and it may take some time. Babies need plenty of sleep so they can sleep at any hour of the day. Slow to associate certain things with day and night work, and they will get the hang!
