Baby Sleeping Tips

When it comes to baby sleep during the night, it is difficult in any case, tailored to sleep some good advice on your individual needs and baby's problem is. How do you find the right advice for you and your child when it comes to a sleeping problem? Well, Mom really knows best when it comes to what works and does not work for baby and a lot of things only survived trial and error. A warm bath, soft lighting, and baby are great ways to signal to your baby, it's time for bed.

Naps, Naps, Naps - The average healthy baby 3-6 months old must be an average of 14-15 hours of sleep per day. These include 2 naps during the day and rest assured, if you are not in line with the baby naps during the day goes to fatigue forBedtime. To get a good sleep during the day leads to good sleep during the night time.

Full bellies make for good sleep - It is true, studies show that babies who are close to bedtime or nap time to be fed, tend to sleep longer and healthier. Some mothers say that their secret is to add rice cereal formula before bedtime, when her baby is a little older, so they are full longer.
